I have shared my experiences with the blue sphere, Metatron, the Men in Black, and the Tau Cetian. I encountered in inner earth. However, I have hesitated to share my experience with the being I call the Blue Ocean Being (BOB). He is featured on the website banner. I hesitate because my relationship with him feels very personal. He did not appear to me in the usual manner. Instead, he manifested in the physical and the Astral. In my past blog posts, I have shared my alien encounters in the astral realm. But unlike my other encounters, these beings took me to different timelines or planets. This time, the Blue Ocean Being appeared on Earth. In the current timeline.
The Night I Met Blue Ocean Being
It was the night of Sept, 2, 2025, I was brought to a hotel, I don’t know where the hotel was at, but it looked like I was still in Florida, where I currently reside, the hotel wasn’t anything fancy, just a typical hotel like the hilton or the marriott but it was on the beach, It was white and had several floors like any hotel would, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the marriott given my history with that hotel (you can read about my experiences with that hotel here and here) I think I was on one of the beaches in Clearwater/St Pete but I can’t be sure. It was definitely night time, maybe around 1 or 2 am.
The calm ocean reflected the quiet night. I looked out at the water from my oceanfront room, where my bed was near a large window. Dark carpet contrasted with lighter furniture. While gazing at the ocean, a voice whispered something I won’t be sharing publicly at this time. I heard it clearly through the window, as if someone was right beside me. Then, I saw him: a glowing blue ocean being emerging from the sea like a bioluminescent angel.
He Was Cosmc Lght
He lit up the sand and much of the area around him. It seemed he hadn’t swum to the shore; instead, it looked like he was walking on water. He appeared as if he was the essence of everything coming together into form right there on the shore. He was tall, estimate about almost 7ft, slender but you could see muscle definition, he had large white glowing eyes and what appeared to be a pointy face, Not sure how else to describe it but it was like he had a very angular face. Eeven from the hotel room you could feel this energy emanating from this being that felt extremely old, ancient and cosmc. Like he wasn’t from this reality.
I remember locking eyes with him as he was approaching and thinking, oh my God, what is that creature? that being! is it a merman? I couldn’t make sense of what I was seeing!
We’ve Met Before
Interestingly, I now feel like this wasn’t my first encounter with the Ocean Blue Guy; I think we have met before. I came to the realization today while writing about this encounter with him that I began to put two and two together, He was a blue luminescent being and the real life physical encounter with that blue glowing sphere may have been the Blue Ocean Being in another form. I truly believe now that the Blue Ocean Being physically manifested in my living room leading to a CE3 (Close of the Third Kind)

From Beyond The Simulation
I saw him walking toward me. He had bright white eyes and a body of blue light, resembling glowing ocean water. I had studied the paranormal since childhood, but I have never heard of a being like him. Unsure if he was made of ocean water or if it was just how his light looked, I quickly returned to the simulation. I was back in the “real world” and in my body, thinking that was the end of it.
Days after meeting the Blue Ocean Being, I started to doubt if it really happened. Did I actually see a glowing being from the ocean? I soon began to notice signs of his presence online and offline. I would see references to him in ocean themed posts and ads with a glowing blue figure underwater. Now, I receive signs when he’s near, often spotting something about the ocean or glowing beings at specific times like 3:33; that’s when I know he is around, and the air feels a bit more magical.
The Evidence Of Presence
Since my encounter, I have noticed consistent signs, both online and in my daily life, that point to his continued presence. Whenever I feel a sense of doubt, these synchronicities occur, often accompanied by the feeling of magical energy in the air:
- Digital Markers: I frequently see ocean-themed content or advertisements featuring glowing blue figures immediately after thinking about him.
- The 3:33 Connection: I often spot specific references to the ocean or bioluminescent beings at significant times, most notably at 3:33.
- The Synchronicity Pattern:
- TikTok : While questioning the encounter, a video about the ocean appeared instantly. My phone clock then read 3:13, with my battery at 13%.
- The Song Lyric: “Cruel Summer” by Taylor Swift began playing on a loop in my mind. Upon Googling the lyrics, which include references to the color blue, my clock displayed 3:30.
- Social Media: While scrolling Facebook, an advertisement explicitly referenced a “Blue Ocean Being” figure, mirroring my own experience.

While the synchronicities felt personal, I managed to capture a few of these moments in real time. Below are the visual markers that solidified my understanding that these were not just coincidences.
Experiences like these often leave me questioning the nature of our reality and where the boundaries of the “physical” truly end. I still don’t have all the answers regarding the BOB (Blue Ocean Being), but I have learned to trust the synchronicities when they appear. They serve as a reminder that we are part of something much larger, connected by threads of light and energy that go beyond our ordinary perception. Whether he is a visitor from another time and place or a manifestation of consciousness itself, his presence has forever changed how I view the ocean…and my place in this reality.
